EYEWEAR PROTECTION PLAN
When you purchase frames and lenses from Vision Source of Hendersonville, you can be sure that you're receiving a quality product. That's why we offer a 90-Day No-Risk Satisfaction Guarantee on all glasses and contact lenses.
We also understand that accidents sometimes happen and we now offer a selection of Eye Wear Protection Plans as an extended warranty. Patients may choose between the two protection plans below. Damaged glasses must be presented to our staff in order to replace them.
GOLD PLAN
One-time replacement of eyeglass frames, parts and/or lenses within one year of purchase after a $50 deductible.

SILVER PLAN
Unlimited replacement of eyeglass frames, parts and/or lenses within one year of purchase after a deductible equal to 50% of the retail cost.

FRAMES
All frames are carefully inspected by a Vision Source associate prior to dispensing. If your frames break and were purchased with a Protection Plan, we'll repair or replace them for you according to your plan details. Replacement is allowed within 12 months of original purchase date. If your frame or parts are no longer available due to manufacturer discontinuation, we will replace your frame with one of equal value. Any frame of greater value will be charged at the difference in cost between the two. We also offer complimentary adjustments and cleanings on all frames for the lifetime of your eyewear.
LENSES
Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Please follow recommended procedures for care and cleaning. Replacement of lenses under a Protection Plan is allowed within 12 months of original purchase date, and replacement lenses must be in the original prescription.
EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTIONS
All prescription lenses, including bifocals and progressive lenses, will require a period of time for you to adapt and adjust to your new vision. It is common for objects to appear bowed or warped with a new prescription, and these effects will subside with wear. However, if you are unable to adapt to your new prescription, we will replace your lenses (of equal or lesser value) at no charge. Replacement is limited to one time only within three months of original purchase.
CONTACT LENSES
At Vision Source of Hendersonville, we make it even easier to try contacts with the freedom of our contact lens trial program. We carry all the latest in contact lens technology with a special focus on bifocal soft contacts. And, if you're not completely satisfied with your contacts within three months, we'll refund the cost of your contact lens fitting and lenses. We'll also happily replace your dropped or torn lenses at no cost. We are dedicated to your having a completely healthy and enjoyable contact lens experience!
